I. CHARACTERISTICS :

1. Shape, color:

- Solid crystals.

– Powder form, density 1.8 Kg/dm3.

– Granular form, density 1.5 Kg/dm3.

- Odourless; Color: white gray, green ash, black ash.

2. Shell shape:

– Products are packed in PP woven bags: 25kg, 50kg, 1000kg depending on customer requirements.

3. Specifications:

– Formula: Ca3(PO4) 3

– Molecular weight: 405g/mol

– Melting point 1400oC – 1500oC

- Is alkaline fertilizer: PH = 8 - 8.5.

- Insoluble in water, soluble in 2% citric acid (corresponding to the resin secreted by the roots)

- The main components of fused phosphate fertilizers include: P2O5min15%; MgOmin 14%, CaOmin26%, SiO2min24%; In addition, there are other trace elements such as: Fe, Al, Mn, Mo, Cu, Co ....

– Restricted ingredients: cadmium content ≤ 12.0 (mg/kg or ppm).

II: INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Do not mix water for irrigation.

Fertilize deeply, bury manure.

Rice, maize, color: (600-700) kg/ha/crop.

Perennial plants: (0.5-1) kg/1 tree age/year

Not for use on animals or humans

Wear personal protective equipment when using.

III: SAFE TO USE AND STORAGE:

Product safety:
a) Health hazards: Van Dien Fused Phosphate Fertilizer is environmentally friendly (Because it is not soluble in water, does not biodegrade to produce toxic gases), very safe to use for humans and animals and plants.
– Inhalation: Not dangerous under normal conditions.

Skin contact:

+ Non-toxic;

+ It is possible to be pricked by silicon spikes, causing uncomfortable itching (It is recommended to wear protective rubber gloves when using).

– Eye contact: Slightly irritating to eyes (Like silica dust in contact with eyes).

b). Maximum allowable concentration ( Dust ): Total dust ≤ 8 mg /m3 (According to the decision of the Vietnamese Ministry of Health No: 3733/2002/QD-BYT, October 10, 2002).

c) Fire and explosion hazards: FMP does not pose a fire or explosion hazard.
d) Protective equipment: When working with high concentrations of FMP dust, use:
- Dust mask.

- Wear suitable gloves.

– Use a dust shield.

e) First aid order:
– If the skin is pierced by the silica spikes in the FMP product: Wash affected areas with 2% citric acid or lemon juice.

– If FMP dust comes into contact with eyes:

Rinse with water until the eye stops being irritated.

+ Get medical care quickly.

Requirements for preservation and storage:
- Keep in dry places.

- Do not place directly on wet floors. Place on a shelf or on a dry floor with a moisture-proof nylon layer.

– Pack bags in the warehouse, level up, 0.5 meters from the wall.
